Vision: On this long, narrow corner block, the owners wanted a four bedroom home with the maximum possible living area, and city views. 

Approach: We created a serene bedroom zone on the ground floor and welcoming living spaces upstairs. Exposed brick walls inside tap into the industrial feel of the area, open treads on the main staircase let light flood through, while a roof terrace with pergola offers an impressive entertaining space with the desired views. 

Outcome: Defying the small block size, the owners enjoy a striking two-level plus roof-top dwelling, with the smart addition of a basement for amenities.
