These sophisticated townhouses are all about adaptable design, to meet the changing needs of families over time.

 

Transforming one block into two expansive townhouses fit for growing families was the desire for this beach-suburb project. Our client wanted the homes to be stylish, but also suitable for the chaos of kids, friends, and family in the years to come.

 

From toddlers to teenagers to empty nesters, we thought through all the different stages of family life, and ensured these town houses are ready. Each home features three bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a study. Emphasising volume and light, we incorporated large windows and captured garden views wherever possible.  

From a single block to two expansive townhouses, we deliver design that’s both sophisticated and future ready, built to grow with families and maximise long term property potential.

Perched in a prized Sydney harbour setting, this project set out to breathe new life into a home that had remained largely unchanged since the late 1980s. The brief was clear: modernise the residence while fully embracing its extraordinary outlook across the water.

Seeking a contemporary family home that balanced refinement with functionality, the owners wanted a design that respected the original character of the house, yet unlocked its full potential. With harbour views available from multiple vantage points, the design focused on reshaping the internal layout to create a more fluid, connected floor plan that draws the landscape into everyday living.

By carefully reworking existing service areas, the design introduced a series of new spaces previously absent from the home, including a cellar, sauna and gym. A new first floor main bedroom suite with an expansive private terrace, multiple lounge zones and a secluded study retreat further elevate the home, offering spaces for both retreat and connection.

The result is a considered transformation of a luxury residence, one that honours its past while delivering a modern, light filled home designed to take full advantage of its remarkable harbour setting.

Point Piper Home

Located on a picturesque rural property, this holiday home delivers relaxation, comfort and scenery.

A couple were craving a blissful country retreat to escape their busy lives in Melbourne. They desired a home that was contemporary and low maintenance, which they could ‘lock up and leave’ without worry. It was important that the home suited its stunning natural surroundings, and was environmentally sustainable.  

‍

Milton looked to the local landscape for inspiration and created a timeless property that delivers a play on the classic rural shed. We created plenty of open plan living space so the owners can arrive and immediately relax - cooking, eating, chatting, and entertaining visitors. We achieved a 6.5 star energy rating using low maintenance materials.
