Tim Milton founded Milton Architecture to provide an approachable, professional and collaborative architecture service for people ready to create their ideal home.
He draws on years of experience across Australia and the UK, working with major architecture firms across high-end multi-residential designs, home designs, and commercial retail projects.
Tim designs striking contemporary residences in inner-city and inner-suburban areas, as well as rural properties that respond beautifully to their environment.
He not only designs new homes in these areas, but also significant renovations turning period properties into functional homes fit for the future. Milton Architecture has also led many specialised renovation projects on properties with heritage overlays that expertly respond to the more complex requirements of these projects.
Key to his approach is building a deep understanding of what his clients envisage, how they will use their home, and how the design can meet their changing needs over time.
He thrives on projects that require innovative thinking – whether it be navigating heritage overlays, council requirements, complex block sizes, or combining period and modern architecture.
His expert knowledge of the design and administration process is key to offering a seamless experience from ideation through to move in. Tim works closely with authorities, consultants and builders to bring his designs to life and to confirm a supreme level of quality.
As Director of Milton Architecture, Tim’s passion is to ensure his clients feel completely engaged with the design of their new home, and are excited about how it will transform their lives.
